Digital Downloads
How do I receive my digital download after purchasing?
Your download link is sent automatically to the email address you used at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. If you still can't find it, email us at meshanda@joyouslifejournals.com and we'll get you sorted.
Can I return or exchange a digital download?
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all digital download sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with your file, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Shipping
How long does it take to process my order before it ships?
Physical orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Customized or personalized items may require additional processing time.
How long will shipping take?
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard domestic: 5–7 business days
- Express domestic: 2–3 business days
- International (standard): 7–14 business days
Shipping rates are calculated by weight and destination at checkout, and both standard and express options are available.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
What if my order arrives damaged or gets lost?
Please contact us at meshanda@joyouslifejournals.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes must be requested immediately after placing your order. Email us right away at meshanda@joyouslifejournals.com and we'll do our best to accommodate the change before it ships.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unworn items in their original packaging with proof of purchase. To start a return, email meshanda@joyouslifejournals.com. Approved returns should be sent to:

What items cannot be returned?
The following items are not eligible for return: digital downloads, custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
I'm in the EU — do I have additional rights?
Yes. EU customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with the EU cooling-off period.

What formats are your journals available in?
Our journals are available as both physical books and digital downloads (printable PDFs). Product pages list the exact format and specifications for each item.
Where can I find size and format details for a specific journal?
Full details — including dimensions, page count, and format — are listed on each individual product page. If you have a question not answered there, feel free to email us.
Gifting
Can I send a journal directly to someone as a gift?
Absolutely! Simply enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. If you'd like to include a personalized note or message, reach out to us at meshanda@joyouslifejournals.com before placing your order and we'll see what we can do.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, gift cards are available in our store. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
